At Girl, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Package the Items

Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing of your refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your return is processed.
